Benjamin & Dayang Un - selamat tinggal
Benjamin and Dayang Khairunisa, two civil engineering students from Unimas, were here since May 2010. They completed their industrial training with us on 9th July 2010. We sincerely hope that they had manaaged to pick up some site experiences under the mentorship of Rina. With best of luck for their future undertakings - from all of us @BDC.
Spring Solstice Babies and more
The last gathering we had was in early spring...;p spring left and now summer is here. That is if we are in the northern hemisphere. Since we are just below the khatulistiwa, we had rain that Friday and sunshine too!
So a big cake for a large group of colleagues celebrating their birthdays, mostly belated but the happy birthday to you was sung as if today is the day that a wish should hold true... and who blew the candles? (The first to email me with the correct answer shall get a gift - not an umbrella though.)
From left to right:> Ahmad Mahmud, John Panil, Hairol, Seberi, Chiam, Hamdan, Siti Zubaidah, Liang & Hajah Zaliha.

Before our merry makings, we sung our National and State Anthem with pride and chaotic pitches; followed by the recitation of our Rukunegara. This time round, we had a charming trainee, Benjamin Donald, leading us at the rostrum.
Hail to the kid!
Salam satu Malaysia;
Selamat Ari Gawai, Gayu Guru Gerai Nyamai;
