The following are the codes of conduct for all staff. The breach of any one of these codes of conduct by a staff renders him/her liable to disciplinary action under the Terms and Conditions of Service:-

A staff shall at all times and on all occasions give his/her undivided loyalty and devotion to BDC.
A staff shall not subordinate his/her duties to BDC in favour of his/her private interests.
A staff shall not conduct himself/herself in such a manner as is likely to bring his/her private interests into cinflict with his/her duties.
A staff shall not conduct himself/herself in such a manner as to bring BDC into disrepute or being discredited therefor.
A staff shall not conduct himself/herself in such a manner as can reasonably be considered as lacking in efficiency.
A staff shall be honest and shall not conduct himself/herself in such a manner as to lay himself/herself open to suspicion of being dishonest.
A staff shall not conduct himself/herself in an irresponsible manner.
A staff shall not conduct himself/herself in such a manner as may be construed as an act of insubordination.
A staff shall keep secret all transactions, accounts, information, dealings and business affairs affecting BDC and its customer/s or any person that BDC may have dealings with.

Seberi is Champion!

Seberi Kassim beat Zaidi Dilah 2-0 to claim the Champion Title for the first ever BDC Sports Club's Men Single Dart Competition. He came to the final after beating Francis Jiee at the quarter final 2-1. Zaidi earned his place in the final after beating Lim Chee Hiong 2-1.

Duck in the House

Rina was given the opportunity to become the Master of Ceremony for our general assembly for March, April and May recently. She was assisted by Suhaili Mat - leading us with the Rukunegara recital and Mohd Dollah as usual - playing music for the Negaraku and Ibu Pertiwiku.

In his address, Dr John recapped the happenings since the last General Assembly that was held in February and the status of our KPI as of mid-April. Delivery got an A+ while Sales and Collection got a B. At the end of his addressed, Dr John explained the meaning of our Civil Service vision - A World Class Civil Service and the common shared values. Of which, as public servants, we too will have to adhere.

Francis and Seberi to the quarter finals

Only a few more games in the league before the men double dart event enters the quarter finals. Francis and Seberi had earned their spot in the quarter finals after finishing their rounds with ten (10) points each. Two more spots are now for grabs. Quarter final is expected to start next week after Mr Yong, the underdog, returns from his vacation.

Seberi still couldn't believe Mr Yong hidden talent.

Dart 301 Men Single Commences

The In-House Dart Championship 2011 commences with the Men Single. Nine mixture of novice and pro registered for the league system tournament. The other events will commence right after the Men Single and entrance is still open to the last minute before cast lots. Come one, come all and we show them what its about.

The other events are Men Double, Mixed Double, Ladies Single and Ladies Double.
