The monthly assembly was held under the ketupat and raya cards deco on the 28th September 2007.

The Rukun Negara was read by Encik Mohd Dollah Saet.

LUCKY WINNERS OF BDC 49th ANNIVERSARY DRAWS

The lucky draws in conjunction with BDC 49th Anniversary Grand Launch was conducted on Tuesday, 25th September 2007 at Wisma Satria BDC, Kuching in a simple ceremony. Purchasers who bought properties from participating housing projects between 9th February to 24th September were entitled for the lucky draws, consisting of five sets of Samsung 32" LCD television. The lucky winners were picked using ballot-style by the Chairman of BDC, YB Abdul Karim Rahman Hamzah and CEOs of the participating subsidiaries and development partners.

The lucky winners are:
1. the couple of Mr Chieng Ho Lai & Tan Chow Ling of Tabuan Jaya (Stakan Perdana);
2. Wilson Chong Khing Luk of Baki Bazaar, Serian (Woodlands 3);
3. Mary Ah Liang ak Awat of LHDN (Desa Sejijak);
4. Loo Hui Kiong of Jalan Wong King Hoe, Sibu (Hakka Avenue); and
5. Lim Kui Hong of Jalan Sabu, Sri Aman (Hakka Avenue).
